Background
SCRA worked with a consultant city planner and the Kwale Physical Planning Office, under the Department of Physical Planning in Nairobi, to develop the first zoning plan for a resort city in Kenya.
Actions Undertaken
The zoning plan was adopted by Kwale Council in 2012 and has since been gazetted.
