Shelly Beach

Shelly Beach sits at the mouth of Kilindini Harbour, making it the closest beach to Mombasa Island and an easy reach from Likoni. It takes its name from the shells regularly washed up along its shore. Development here has remained lighter than at beaches further south, with most hotels situated along the Likoni–Ukunda road.
